The Nour Group, Inc. is committed to making davidnour.com usable for everyone, including people with disabilities. We believe access to information should not depend on ability, and we work to keep the Site inclusive as we build and update it.

Standards We Follow

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA. WCAG is our technical benchmark for supporting access under the Americans with Disabilities Act and comparable requirements. Where a service offered through the Site is within the scope of the European Accessibility Act or another jurisdiction’s accessibility law, we work to meet the requirements applicable to that service. This statement does not claim that a particular statute or technical standard applies where its scope or an exemption says it does not.

What We Do

• Use semantic, structured HTML so assistive technologies can interpret each page.
• Support keyboard navigation and visible focus indicators.
• Target WCAG AA color contrast for text and interface elements.
• Provide descriptive alternative text for meaningful images.
• Support text resizing, browser zoom, and responsive reflow.
• Respect the “reduce motion” system setting.
• Use clear labels, instructions, and error feedback on forms.
• Require consent before analytics and mask contact-form content from session replay.

Testing and Ongoing Work

Accessibility is a continuing commitment, not a one-time certification. We combine automated testing with keyboard and visual review across representative desktop and mobile layouts, and we remediate issues as we find them. The Site was most recently reviewed on July 13, 2026. No automated tool can test every WCAG success criterion, so user feedback and periodic assistive-technology testing remain part of our process.

Some third-party destinations, documents, or video experiences may not be fully under our control. We work with providers toward accessible experiences and will offer the relevant information or service in an accessible alternative format on request.

If any part of the Site is difficult to use, or you need information in a different format, use our contact form or email info@nourgroup.com with the subject “Accessibility.” Please include the page address, the barrier, the assistive technology or browser you used if relevant, and the format you need.

We aim to acknowledge accessibility reports within two business days and provide a substantive response or accessible alternative as soon as reasonably possible. We welcome feedback because it helps us improve the experience for everyone.
